Rutgers incoming freshman guard Dylan Harper underwent elective knee surgery and will miss four to six weeks of the team’s offseason program, coach Steve Pikiell told multiple outlets Friday.Pikiell said Harper had the surgery earlier this week and will be present for all team activities despite not being able to practice.A McDonald’s All-American, Harper had a knee injury during his senior year of high school but was able to return later in the season.
