Syracuse guard JJ Starling sustained an injury to his left hand at practice and will not play in the team’s road game against No. 3 Tennessee on Tuesday, the school announced.Starling was injured during Monday’s session.Per Syracuse.com, Starling was seen wearing a cast while with the team prior to its SEC/ACC Challenge game in Knoxville, Tenn.
